Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. squash
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    10 crushed crackers
    2 eggs, well beaten
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash in salt and water until tender.
    Drain.
    Mash with fork.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Mix squash, onion, milk, crackers and eggs.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
