Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
dash of salt
1 pkg. strawberry jello
1 box fresh strawberries, sliced and covered with 1/2 c. sugar
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1/2 pt. Cool Whip

Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch, water and salt until clear.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour in pie shell. Top with 1/2 pint of Cool Whip.
