Italian Wedding Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewing chicken
    3 to 4 stalks celery with leaves
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 small onions
    2 large carrots, shaved
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fill a large pot 3/4 full with water.
    Clean chicken and place in clear water.
    Cook slowly, skimming the top until clear.
    Wash and cut all vegetables.
    Add seasoning and vegetables to broth and cook until tender.
    Remove chicken.
    Bone, shred and replace in broth to continue simmering.
