Sweet And Sour Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork, cubed
1 c. onions, cut in strips
1 c. green and red peppers, cut in strips
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. red wine
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
egg noodles or rice, cooked
Preparation

Brown the pork in a wok or over the stove.
When almost done, add the onions and peppers.
Stir-fry until onions are tender. Add catsup, honey, wine, soy sauce and seasoning together, then add to pork mixture.
Simmer until mixture thickens and flavors unite.
Serve over egg noodles or rice.
This is also good with chicken, cubed beef and meatballs.
