Scalloped Corn Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. chopped canned pimentos
    1 Tbsp. butter or melted margarine
    2 c. cream-style corn
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
Preparation
    Mix egg, milk, 2/3 cup crumbs and pimentos.
    Turn into 1-quart casserole.
    Toss melted butter with remaining crumbs.
    Sprinkle on top corn mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes.
