Mom'S Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pot roast
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
    2 c. water
    10 potatoes, chopped
    10 carrots, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown roast on all sides in pan on top of stove.
    Then add onion soup mix, tenderizer and water.
    Cook 1 hour.
    Add chopped vegetables.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours more or until roast and vegetables are tender.
