Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted self-rising flour
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 pt. strawberries
1 Tbsp. orange liqueur
Preparation

Beat egg yolks until they thicken slightly.
Add 1/2 cup sugar and beat until thick and lemon colored.
Add cream cheese and butter alternately with remaining sugar, beating constantly.
Beat in lemon rind and vanilla.
Fold in flour until just combined. Stir in 1/3 of egg whites and fold in remainder.
