Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    chopped onion
    chopped pepper
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. minute rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans Mexican corn, drained
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook bell pepper and onion in butter in microwave.
    Add water and bring to a boil.
    Add rice.
    Let sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Add soup and corn.
    Mix well.
    Top with cheese.
    Cook 30 minutes, uncovered, in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
