Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour (unsifted)
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over chocolate; let cool.
    Cream butter and vanilla.
    Add brown sugar; blend well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Spoon in the 2 tablespoons flour.
    Add salt and soda; mix together.
    Blend dry ingredients into creamed mixture; mix well.
    Blend in chocolate, water and sour cream. Bake in a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.
