Lemony Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. ReaLemon juice (from concentrate)
    3 eggs
    1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
    3/4 c. strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine. Press firmly on bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 8 minutes. Cool.
    Reduce oven temperature to 300\u00b0.
    In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in Eagle Brand milk until smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Spread strawberry preserves evenly over prepared crust.
    Pour cheese mixture over preserves. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
    Cool and chill thoroughly.
