Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
powdered sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes. Beat in sugar. Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Add flour, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Fold in until well blended. Spread mixture in well-greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
