Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3/4 c. water
    1/3 c. chili sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Trim
    excess
    fat
    from
    pork
    chops.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and ginger.
    Coat chops and brown well in oil in large skillet. Move
    chops;
    add
    onion
    and garlic and saute until tender. Combine
    water, chili sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce. Pour over chops, cover and simmer about 45 minutes until tender.
