Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 (24 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
lasagna noodles (approximately 6)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook lasagna noodles according to box directions.
Meanwhile, brown ground chuck in skillet until dry (or drain excess grease). Salt and pepper to taste.
Add spaghetti sauce to meat and let simmer.
Stir in approximately 1/2 of the cottage cheese and let melt slightly.
