Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine celery, chicken, mayonnaise, almonds, cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper; mix well.
Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Cover with chips.
Bake 20 minutes at 450\u00b0.
