Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground chuck
    5 c. onions, chopped
    2 green peppers, chopped
    4 qt. tomato juice
    52 oz. tomato paste or 1/2 gal.
    2 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    3 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/3 c. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and combine all ingredients in a large cooker.
    Simmer for 4 hours.
    Freezes good.
