Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken, pork or beef, chopped fine
cabbage
mushrooms
green pepper
water chestnuts
bean sprouts
egg roll wrappers
soy sauce
pepper
Accent
garlic salt
Preparation
-
Cook meat until tender.
Chop vegetables very fine.
Cook or fry until tender, adding soy sauce, pepper, Accent and garlic salt to taste.
Let set overnight in covered container.
Drain and wrap in prepared wrappers.
Fry until brown.
Use an egg white or flour and water to close wrappers.
