Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 1/2 c. buttermilk (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
Preparation

Pour part of the oil in pan.
Heat in oven.
Mix remaining oil and rest of ingredients together and pour into pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
