Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder or fillets of choice
    1 tsp. salt
    lemon slices to garnish
    parsley sprigs to garnish
    1 tsp. celery flakes
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. chicken bouillon
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
    Combine bouillon, wine vinegar, celery flakes and ginger.
    Pour over fish in pan.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
