Onions In Foil - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 medium red onions
1 c. prepared stuffing mix
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. parsley

Preparation

With sharp knife, cut out onion centers and chop.
Toss chopped onions with rest of ingredients.
Fill each onion cavity with about 2 tablespoons stuffing.
