Cheeseburger Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    3 c. Minute rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 c. grated cheese
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Stir-fry hamburger until brown; drain.
    Add water and catsup; bring to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add rice and cover.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Add cheese and stir lightly.
    Serve with salad and garlic bread.
