Danny'S Favorite Valentine Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. whipping cream
12 oz. chocolate chips
1/4 c. unsalted butter
unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar or powdered sugar

Preparation

Heat cream in medium saucepan until small bubbles form around edge.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate and butter; stir until smooth.
If desired, add flavorings or toasted nuts or leave as is. Chill until firm.
Scoop chocolate and form 1-inch balls.
(Talk about \"finger-licking good\" once you are finished.)
Coat in cocoa or sugar.
Refrigerate on a clean cookie sheet or tin.
