Cheese Puff On Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    2 c. cut-up cooked chicken or turkey
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. shredded cheese (about 4 oz.)
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Rinse frozen peas under running cold water to separate; drain.
    Place peas and chicken in 2-quart casserole or 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Heat soup, sour cream, salt and pepper just to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Stir in 1 tablespoon parsley and 1 tablespoon pimiento.
    Stir 1 1/2 cups of soup mixture into peas and chicken.
    Place in oven while preparing topping.
