Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. California blend
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. chopped Velveeta cheese
1 - 1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Cook the California blend and drain (do not over cook).
Mix with cream of mushroom soup and cheese in casserole dish. Top with crackers, then add melted butter. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
