Raisin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raisins
2 c. water (simmer for 10 minutes)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Beat eggs; add small amount of hot mixture.
Stir and add to other raisin mixture and cook 5 minutes.
Add butter and lemon juice.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nuts and serve with whipped cream.
