Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    4 slices bread
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Crumble bread and soak in milk.
    Mix with other ingredients except tomato juice.
    Shape into balls.
    Put in casserole.
    Pour tomato juice over top.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
