Garden Scramble(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/8 tsp. dried marjoram leaves
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1/4 c. Blue Bonnet margarine
Preparation
    In small bowl, beat together eggs, milk, black pepper and marjoram; set aside.
    In skillet, over medium heat, cook celery, red pepper, green pepper and chives in margarine until tender; add egg mixture.
    Cook, stirring occasionally until set.
    Serve immediately.
