Danish Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head green cabbage
1 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground sage
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Mix ground veal and pork with other ingredients.
Roll stuffing in blanched cabbage leaves.
Cook in salted water until tender, about 25 minutes.
Brown cracker crumbs in butter and sprinkle over top of cabbage rolls after they have been placed on the platter for serving.
