Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. peeled sliced raw apples
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine oil, sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Add combined dry ingredients, beating well after each addition.
    Add sliced apples; mix well. Pour batter into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
