Baked Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cabbage
    1 large onion
    several potatoes
    1 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in bite size pieces.
    Slice onion and slice the potatoes, but not too thin.
    Butter a large casserole dish or oblong baking pan.
    Place a layer of cabbage, a layer of potatoes and a layer of onion; then repeat.
    Pour melted oleo over layers, then salt and pepper.
    Put tinfoil over top and place in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and lightly brown.
