Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    dash of salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    5 c. apples, sliced thinly
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell (your favorite)
Preparation
    Sift the first\t4
    ingredients\ttogether
    and mix well. Add the beaten egg,
    sour
    cream, vanilla
    and\tnutmeg, mixing well. Fold mixture into apples carefully.
    Spoon all into pie shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for
    15
    minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer.
    Take
    pie\tfrom
    oven.
    Have
    topping ready to put on pie.
