Open-Face Ham Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flat can Hormel ham (5 or 6 oz.)
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (omit if using salad dressing)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    Tabasco to taste
    English muffins, buns or whatever, toasted slightly
Preparation
    Spread mixture on muffins and top with an additional cheese, if desired.
    Place under broiler until it is hot and bubbly.
