Messy Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sliced ripe tomatoes (medium thick)
plain flour
salt and pepper
milk
Preparation

Dip tomatoes in flour; fry brown on both sides.
Put all fried tomatoes back in skillet.
Stir and add milk slowly; stir constantly, adding milk until it becomes gravy.
Serve with ham and biscuits.
