Baked Duck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    salt and pepper
    chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Rub ducks with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. (Small amount of garlic powder can be added if desired.)
    Put duck, breast down, on piece of aluminum foil.
    Put some chopped mushrooms on top of duck.
    Wrap duck tightly in foil and bake, breast down, in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
