Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium zucchini squash
1 medium sliced onion
1 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of garlic powder (optional)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation

Slice squash into 1/4-inch circles.
In skillet, saute onion in hot oil until tender.
Add squash and spices.
Add tomato sauce over squash.
Cover and cook until tender (about 10 to 15 minutes).
Top with cheese.
Cover skillet and continue to cook until cheese melts.
Serves 6.
