Oven Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast
    salt and pepper
    granulated garlic
    liquid smoke
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Place meat in baking pan and sprinkle liberally with salt, pepper, garlic and liquid smoke.
    Roast meat about an hour.
    Slice meat in the pan and arrange slices in one layer.
    Pour barbecue sauce over the meat.
    Cover tightly with foil and roast 1 hour longer.
    Uncover, roasting until sauce is thick and meat nicely browned.
