Beef Stew In The Oven - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew
    4 to 5 carrots, cut
    4 to 5 potatoes, cut
    1 large onion
    4 to 5 celery, cut
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 c. V-8 juice (or tomatoes)
Preparation
    Put all into roasting pan and cover.
    Bake 250\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Stir several times during baking.
    Do not brown meat. Cooking turns to brown gravy.
