Crispy Raisin Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1/4 lb.) soft butter
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. each: salt and baking soda
    1/2 c. each: granola and carob or chocolate covered raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugars until fluffy; beat in egg and vanilla. Mix flour, salt and soda.
    Gradually blend into creamed mixture. Stir in granola and raisins.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased or nonstick baking sheets.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before removing to wire racks to complete cooling.
    Yields 3 dozen 2 1/2 to 3-inch cookies.

    10 to 12 minutes.
