Brook Trout(4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8-inch) brook trout
    seasoned flour
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Clean and wash trout.
    Cut off the fins.
    Leave the head and tail on.
    Dip the trout in seasoned flour.
    Melt 1/4 cup butter. Saute the trout in this until they are tender and nicely browned. Remove the trout to a hot platter.
    Add to the drippings in the pan the butter.
    Permit it to brown.
    Pour it over the fish.
    Serve them with lemon wedges and chopped parsley.
