Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. golden raisins
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil; beat well.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each one.
    Sift dry ingredients and alternate with carrots.
    Add nuts, raisins and vanilla; mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in a greased tube pan.
    Dust with powdered sugar or ice with butter icing when completely cool.
