Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. diced onions
1 8 oz. can drained, sliced water chestnuts
2 c. seasoned croutons or crackers
1/2 stick butter
Preparation

Mix first 5 items and pour into baking dish sprayed with Pam of buttered. Top with croutons. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
