Quiche Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. zucchini, boil until soft and drain
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese, sprinkle Provolone cheese into mixture
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 small green pepper
    1 can cream, drained
    1 can shrimp, drained
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in a greased glass pan, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch deep or 10-inch pie pan.
    Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
