Champagne Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
2 or 3 bananas, diced
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 large Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Blend cream cheese and sugar; set aside.
Mix bananas, drained pineapple, strawberries and pecans.
Add to cream cheese mixture. Blend in Cool Whip.
Pour into a glass 9 x 13-inch pan (ungreased).
Take out of freezer for 15 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
