Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lb. large mushrooms
1/4 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped cooked ham
1 egg
freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Wash mushrooms, remove stems and scoop out a little of the inside of the cap to make a pocket.
Chop enough stems to make 1/2 cup.
Heat oil in skillet.
Add mushroom caps and toss just long enough to coat them with oil.
Remove and set aside.
Add chopped mushroom stems to skillet and cook over low heat until very soft. Remove from heat and stir in bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and ham.
Add egg and pepper; mix well.
Spoon into mushroom caps. Place caps in baking dish and drizzle enough oil over each mushroom to moisten.
Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Makes 12 to 16.
