Spinach Fandango - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 pkg. frozen spinach
    1 can celery soup (no liquid added)
    2 c. sour cream
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef with mushrooms and seasonings. Add spinach and cook until thawed. Drain well. Stir in soup and sour cream. Pour into casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
