Nippy Cheese Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar, grated
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Let cheese get to room temperature.
    Grate cheese and combine with other ingredients (use hands, well washed).
    Roll out to 1/8-inch thickness between waxed paper and cut with a shaped cutter or into thin strips with a sharp knife.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Stores well in freezer or coffee can with plastic lid or large tin.
