Cole Slaw For Freezing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
2 to 2 1/2 c. sugar (depends on taste)
Preparation

Mix salt with cabbage and let stand 1 hour.
Squeeze out excess moisture and add carrot and pepper.
When boiled mixture has cooled, pour over slaw mix.
Put into containers and freeze until ready to use.
May be refrozen.
