Orange Cream Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple pieces, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, cut in 3's and drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    3 medium bananas, sliced
    2 medium apples, cored and chopped
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine fruits and set aside.
    In small bowl, combine dry pudding, milk and orange juice concentrate.
    Beat 1 to 2 minutes until blended.
    Beat in sour cream.
    Fold in fruit and chill.
