Party Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Preparation

Mix ground beef, eggs, salt and pepper; shape into very small balls.
Combine chili sauce, lemon juice and grape jelly and place in a large 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add uncooked meatballs and bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover from pan the last 30 minutes of baking.
Transfer to chafing dish and serve hot with toothpicks.
Yield:
30 to 40 meatballs.
