Manhattan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. potatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    4 canned pimentos, chopped
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can undiluted celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Peel, dice and boil potatoes.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes.
    Remove lid and bake 15 minutes more.
