Rummy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. vanilla yogurt (fat-free if you wish)
    1/2 c. chopped almonds
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. rum
Preparation
    Soak raisins in rum. Cook rice according to package directions. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Add raisins and rum. When rice is cooked, add it to mixture and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours. Serve as is or with heavy cream, whipped cream or a whipped topping.
